Make sweet crêpes with Frederic Vienney

Tuesday, February 16 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm EDT

(Note: there will be a 30 minute break to allow the batter to rest before cooking.)


Join us at 5:30pm for this LIVE cooking class.

Set out your ingredients and cook right alongside Frederick

  • 5:30 - 6:00:  Mix the ingredients
  • 6:00 - 6:30: Take a break to let the batter rest
  • 6:30 - 7:00: Cook the crêpes on the stovetop

French sweet crêpe recipe

For 10-12 crêpes

  • 4 eggs
  • 500 ml (17 oz) of milk 
  • 300 g (10 oz) of flour
  • 50 g (2 oz) of salted butter
  • 50 g (2 oz) of sugar (about 2 full spoons)
  • 1/4 of a beer (this is to make the batter rise - Blond beer like Stella is fine)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional - adds more flavor)
