Join us for a working session exploring a full menu around spring lamb and spring vegetables, book-ended by an elegant starter and a delicious dessert.

In addition to the necessary ingredients, attendants are provided with a booklet of recipes to enrich their library as well as to jot down personal notes.

Open to everyone. Workshop taught in English. Limited to 5 couples or 10 individuals.
